With over 20 years of experience in hospitality industry and a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management, my work focuses on artificial intelligence, human–robot interaction, and technology adoption at both the individual and organizational levels. I am particularly interested in how emerging technologies reshape service experiences and influence the way organizations design, deliver, and manage customer interactions.
My industry background across rooms and food & beverage operations, events, marketing, revenue management, and talent development informs an academic practice grounded in the realities of how service is actually delivered.
